1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unopened and unused (for standard auto parts).

Note:

  • Custom or modified parts cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Electrical components or items installed in vehicles may require inspection before a refund or exchange.

2. Return Request Procedure

To request a return:

    • Photos of damaged/defective products (if applicable)

3. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if paid during the original purchase) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or wrong items.

  • Replacement items are shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or modified car parts

  • Products installed in a vehicle

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents

7. Warranty

  • Certain products may include a manufacturer warranty.

  • Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • We are happy to assist in facilitating warranty claims.
