  • Custom-made or modified parts are not refundable unless defective.

  • Installed products or parts that have been altered cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Card Payment

    • EasyPaisa, JazzCash, U-Paisa, Zindagi, etc.

  • Refunds typically take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or modified auto parts

  • Products installed in vehicles

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents


5. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued if the product is used, damaged, or missing parts.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
